Welcome to TCG Port. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of tcgport.com and purchases made through our website.
TCG Port is an independent online trading-card retailer owned and operated by Bryan Shaw. By using the website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Eligibility
People of all ages may browse TCG Port.
Customers under 18 may place an order with the permission and involvement of a parent or legal guardian. The parent or guardian accepts responsibility for the order, payment, and use of the website.
Children under 13 should not create an account or submit personal information directly. A parent or legal guardian should place the order on their behalf.
Products
TCG Port sells trading cards, graded cards, sealed products, collectibles, and related merchandise.
We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe each product, including its price, condition, edition, language, and availability. Product colors and packaging may appear slightly different because of lighting, photography, screen settings, or manufacturer changes.
Unless a listing says that the photographed item is the exact item being sold, product images may be representative images.
Product Condition
Customers should review product descriptions and photographs before purchasing singles, graded cards, or other condition-sensitive collectibles.
Opinions regarding the condition of ungraded cards may differ. Third-party graded cards are sold according to the grade and certification information shown on the holder. TCG Port does not control the standards or decisions of independent grading companies.
Customers may request additional photographs of a product and its condition before shipment by contacting [email protected] before the order is processed. If no additional photographs are requested, the customer agrees to purchase the product based on the photographs, description, and condition information provided in the listing. This does not make the customer responsible for damage caused during shipping, inadequate packaging, an incorrect item, or an undisclosed defect. Customers must report shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the product, shipping box, packing materials, and shipping label. All original packaging must be retained while the claim is reviewed. TCG Port may request additional information and may pursue a claim with the shipping carrier before issuing an applicable refund, replacement, or other resolution.
Prices and Payment
All prices are listed in United States dollars unless otherwise stated.
Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods available at checkout. Payment information may be processed by third-party payment providers according to their own terms and privacy policies.
Applicable sales tax will be calculated or collected when required.
Shipping is included in the displayed price of eligible United States orders unless another charge is clearly disclosed before purchase.
Orders
Submitting an order does not guarantee that it will be accepted or fulfilled.
We may cancel or refund an order when:
- A product is unavailable
- Payment cannot be completed or verified
- The product information or price contains a significant error
- The shipping address is incomplete or invalid
- The order appears fraudulent or unauthorized
- The order violates these Terms and Conditions
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the amount paid for the canceled items will be refunded.
Shipping and Delivery
TCG Port currently ships to eligible addresses within the United States.
Shipping is included in the listed price of eligible products unless an additional charge is clearly shown at checkout.
Orders may take up to 14 calendar days to arrive after being placed. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weekends, holidays, weather, carrier delays, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
When tracking is available, it will be provided by email.
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact [email protected] promptly if an address correction is needed.
If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will contact the customer regarding the delay and provide the option to approve the delay or receive a refund for unshipped merchandise, as applicable. Federal rules require online sellers to obtain consent to a shipping delay or refund the customer when the promised shipping timeframe cannot be met.

Returns and Refunds
Returns, refunds, damaged products, missing shipments, and order cancellations are governed by our separate Returns and Refunds Policy.
Customers should review that policy before purchasing graded cards, singles, opened merchandise, or other condition-sensitive products.
Nothing in these Terms limits any customer right that cannot legally be excluded.
Customer Accounts
Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and password.
You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
We may suspend or close accounts involved in fraud, abuse, unauthorized transactions, or violations of these Terms.
Acceptable Use
You may not use TCG Port to:
- Commit fraud or other unlawful activity
- Interfere with the operation or security of the website
- Attempt to access another customer’s account
- Submit false payment, identity, or shipping information
- Copy or misuse website content without permission
- Use automated systems to overload, scrape, or disrupt the website
Intellectual Property
The TCG Port name, logo, website design, written content, and original images belong to TCG Port or are used with permission.
Product names, trademarks, logos, and images belonging to Pokémon, Wizards of the Coast, Konami, Disney, grading companies, or other third parties remain the property of their respective owners.
TCG Port is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with or endorsed by those companies unless expressly stated.
Third-Party Services
The website may use or link to third-party services such as payment processors, shipping carriers, social-media platforms, analytics providers, and other websites.
TCG Port is not responsible for the availability, security, content, or privacy practices of independent third-party services.
Website Availability
We work to keep the website accurate, secure, and available. However, we cannot guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted or free from errors.
We may update, suspend, or discontinue website features when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, or business operations.
Limitation of Liability

Our responsibility for a product order will generally not exceed the amount paid for the affected product, except where the law requires otherwise.
